Cancellations - "give us a miss"

The price we charge for window cleaning does not include any allowance to absorb cancellations. Although we will yield to a cancellation on an infrequent and rare occasion, we actively look to swap out customers that have a habit of cancelling for customers that promise to be more reliable. A partial clean is better than complete miss.

Thank you so much for not cancelling due to what's forecast. From experience firstly, the forecast can often be wrong and secondly, windows are unaffected by the rain. We do in fact work through light rain and will stop due to self-preservation as opposed to anything else. We welcome any evidence that suggests otherwise.
