This is Sebastian from The Window Cleaning Company, your current window cleaner here in Lowestoft. You have been directed here to let you know that after a restructure of our work, the frequency of your cleans will now vary between: 6-8 weeks.  The frequency would vary depending on secular holidays, weather, equipment maintenance etc as opposed to individual customer preference which though at times we can accommodated is not possible at others. This is a result of needing to accommodate many hundreds of customers. Instead of offering 4,6 or 8 weeks we now only offer the 6-8 weekly option. 


What will this mean for you?

In practice we anticipate it meaning probably 1 more clean per year. Notably, this change also ensures that we personally remain the only ones that carry out your window cleaning instead of involving other personnel at this stage. 


A suggestion…

We appreciate this may impact you in some way however, may we suggest working along with it for the time being and reviewing it at a later date if at all possible? In practice we feel there may be very little material difference over the year but this would greatly improve our efficiency as well as lessening our carbon footprint. 


Of course, if you really feel that it’s not possible to work with the above changes, please let us know and we will take you off the list  with the understanding this this is not a change you can accommodate at this time. Please be assured the door will be left open for the future.  


We want to be as transparent as possible with our customers and while this is not an exhaustive explanation of the reasons for restructuring, we hope it gives you an insight into the change. We will proceed on the above suggested basis until we hear otherwise from you but please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
